The overall interview wasn't terrible. There was a 15 minute phone call interview for the first phase followed by a powerpoint interview about your background and a fun fact about yourself.

Interview
The process started with a regular online interview, then there was an in person technical interview where pipette skills and general knowledge about centrifuges, sanitary procedures, and accuracy were tested.
The interview process was an overall good experience. It was quick and to the point. I winded up getting offered the job position but didn’t accept that position because of the compensation.
