Waiting for manager. Quick questions. Don't appreciate philologists at all. Ageism. New office in New Belgrade, open space, several groups and big noise. I don't recommend to introvert people. Team leaders spend to much time on meetings. You don't have any privacy for phone calls.

Interview
The recruiter scheduled the interview at the wrong time (time-zone issues) twice. The second time I confirmed the time and it was still not accurate. They did not have the courtesy to follow up with me regarding their decision. I sent 2 follow up emails and they did not respond to either.
