I applied online. I interviewed at GERMI (Gāndhīnagar, Gujarat) in May 2021
Interview
The interview process was seemless and well organised. They called various industry experts and educational exports in the interview panel. They are very much into comforting the candidate and than starts the process.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GERMI (Gāndhīnagar, Gujarat) in Nov 2017
Interview
They give advertisement for the post and around 100 of candidates come to campus for giving interview for the post thinking they will get a job in a semi gov institute with a good salary, but the interview starts 2-3 hrs late than the mentioned time, it takes a whole day and very slow interviews rounds, people wait for 4-5 hours to get their chance for interview and lastly to the surprise .. THEY DONT SELECT A SINGLE CANDIDATE !! WHY ?? Because they have already lined up an internal employe to be promoted to the post of Porject Officer and they just do a DRAMA (Fake) that they are taking interviews for the post and lastly one of their internal employe is selected. Why they conduct interview and waste time, money and energy of so many people !!?? This is how things work in Gov Institute.
