I was advised about the post through an agency, but knew I was being put forward along with two other candidates.
I went along to their offices in Crawley to meet the HR person with whom I spent an hour discussing the role and my previous history.

Interview
Lengthy interview, I had 2 interviews in total. First was with prospective line manager and second included a Director. Interviews were informative, conversational and open. I was offered a tour of the building, which I found really helpful in forming an opinion. A thorough process, but ultimately successful.

Interview
I was headhunted by an agency, which submitted my CV, leading to an invitation for a preliminary interview. The interviewer was very pleasant, and while we both recognized that my skillset didn't fully align with the role's requirements, she was complimentary and candid. She explained that she wasn’t in a position to provide the support or training needed in the area where I was less experienced. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
