I was brought upstairs to a conference room for an interview. I was interviewed by one gentleman that mostly just provided information about the company and then asked me to complete a proofreading and editing exam. He left the room for me to take the exam and said he would send in the next person to interview me and give me a tour shortly. I only needed a few minutes on the brief 2 page test, so I was left alone for a half an hour before a lady came by. She talked for a brief time about the job, then took me downstairs for a "tour", which consisted of standing outside an open door to a room of cubicles. There was complete silence, and not one person smiled, laughed, or seemed to enjoy their time at work during the whole interview process.
