The CEO is disrespectful, rude, has ZERO consideration. Walked in and commented on what a great background and resume but he obviously never even looked at the resume. They provided a poor description of the position and didn't take the time or didn't know how to articulate what they were looking for. After a few pin pointed questions i was able to understand that he wanted a babysitter watching over his new construction operations team from a recent merger. Liked talking about himself and how much money the parent company has.
