It was straightforward process. The interview started with personal questions on my background and journey and then it was followed by technical questions related to the role and the skills mentioned in the cv.

Question 1
What was a challenging situation you faced while working with a team and how did you deal with it?
GHD’s process is thorough, beginning with an online application and digital screening. Candidates progress through video interviews, psychometric assessments, and behavioral-based interviews with the team. For graduates, a group assessment center often precedes the final offer.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GHD (Makati City)
Interview
First is HR Interview where they would ask you typical questions (availability, past experience, etc)
Next is technical interview with the Team Lead or Hiring Manager. Depending on your field, they would ask you several questions. Interview was conducted via Zoom and lasted around 45 minutes.

Describe how I would deal with a certain technical problem based on my past experiences. Discuss the theory, calculation, and analysis.
first was a call from HR, then 2nd round was a 1 hour interview with hiring manager and another manager. Typical interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary. They asked preferred office to work in.
