The interview consisted of a preliminary phone screen with the team manager, then an in-person interview with the team manager and president. I had an offer immediately following the in-person interview.

They asked quite a bit about sales experience, customer service, and soft skills. They were willing to look at a variety of different backgrounds and made it clear you didn't need a history of recruiting to find success there.
Fairly quick process. Had a phone interview with the VP and then an onsite. All in all it wasn't a bad experience. Make sure to discuss the salary breakdown and the commission structure.
