First round interview was with the AVP and SVP. Highly technical interview. Started as informational but a majority was math-related questions. Team also asked walk through a live deal that you have done.

Question 1
Q: What is the profit of an asset if you hold for 3 years and each year there is $10m of NOI. What is the IRR?
1st round interview with 2 people, 1 from HR 1 from investment team. Discussion mainly covered introduction of yourself, and some past experience. There were some questions on detailed numbers.
2nd round modeling test on their computer. Had a technical PC crush, but didn't know if it impacted or not.
