I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GITAI
Interview
They did their HR screening by emailing me for an interview. I took their interview with an admin. The interview went great as I fit their role perfectly. I was told I would be moving on to their second and last interview phase. However, I was notified the week later to to do an assessment, which they gave me someone else's assignment rather than the actual assignment they meant to give me. I submitted the assignment once they corrected their mistake. Yet, weirdly enough, the following week I was rejected. I suspect they rejected in hopes of getting some of the JPL people that were let go not long ago. The speculation derives from the fact on Monday I was rejected and they had posted on LinkedIn inviting JPL people to apply that same day. The position was reposted days after.
