Interview
Took about about a month from applying to getting an offer. Had to visit on 2 separate occasions. Met with the co-owners. Standard interview questions on the first visit, a repeating of the questions with a couple synthesis pathway questions on the second. I found the interviewers to be pretty rude in their line of question, seemed to focus on whether or not I was a hard worker and if I was willing to do whatever it takes under tight deadlines, repeated over and over in varying different ways. Would have been nice if one of the interviewers didn't text/email on their blackberry a couple times in the middle of the interview.
Offer came back, far below what was advertised...63% of the average posted on glassdoor below.

Interview
Be prepared to be pushed around form the get go. Kept asking for into you wouldn't be conformable to provide. Labs felt cold during the tour. One of the interviewers had a strong accent that sometimes hindered understanding. Used a defective Macbook to read presentation off a USB key that was't compatible, resulting in numerous glitch and malfunctioning. No effort had been made to set up the interview venue, the whole place was in a mess. No cost was compensated
