Involved a practical test of key and ensuring that candidates can swim as well as an official interview with the most senior manager on shift (general manager and/or senior manager).
Straight forward, a couple of questions about the role and the company. Interview panel of two people. They gave some situational questions. They gave me good time to answer and they seemed interested. Only a one stage interview
