I hadn’t looked on Glassdoor when I originally applied, only after my interview was scheduled and canceled multiple times. Given the aims of the organization, I practiced patience and wanted to believe the claims that positive change was happening. Frankly, if it’s happening, it must be a very long-term project. I had two interviews, both pretty informal but with questions focused on the role, and both ending with confirmation of advancing to another. Then I was just ghosted, even after checking in with both people who interviewed me. Following up with people who put the time and effort into interviewing must be further out in the plan for change. Based on my experience and the others listed here, I’d look elsewhere.
