Interview
The interview process was very smooth and professional. A phone screen follew by a 2 person remote Google Meet interview. Then an invite to tour the warehouse and facilities. The company seems to have a great culture and commitment to success and their clients.

They didn't ask the standardized " tell me about a time" type questions. Questions were more perdonalized to me and my background which I appreciated.
