Disappointing Hiring Process and Lack of Accommodation for Disabilities
I was contacted directly by the hiring manager on LinkedIn, who said I would be a perfect fit for the Service Desk Manager role, which wasn’t officially available yet due to pending internal changes. After completing the interview process, I was offered the position with a scheduled start date.
During the pre-employment process, I followed all instructions, including completing a background check, drug screening, and disclosing relevant information to the HR team. However, just days before my start date, my offer was rescinded, citing pre-employment screening results that did not meet the company’s requirements. Despite reaching out to ask for clarification, reconsideration, or accommodations, I received no further responses.

Round 1 : was good and intrective explained startegy team manegement, cost saving initatives, program management. Round 2 : Army Vetern seems like disappointed guy with civilians may have selected one. Didn't ask anything but intersted about my family and personal afairs. HR Head was also part of meeting she asked 5 questions related scope of work and intersted in my notice period buy back, wished to attend my marriage :) So, right now from last 3 months no idea rejected/selected.
