First Interview was a phone converstaion. Dove right in to the suitabilty for the position before getting to know each other. The talk was sincere. Although i was not informed that this conversation wasn't going to be getting to know each other conversation.

Interview
I went to their office, and I interviewed by 2 people. It was a casual conversation and they called me some days later to make an offer. I wanted to pursue a different career so I declined the offer. Overall my experience was pleasant.
