Interview
Confusing and long, several different people before you get the actual interview. HR first then the hiring manager, your offer the job then they do your background checks. You then go back to HR for paperwork signing. The you wait like almost a month to start training
Slow process. The interview itself with the clinical leadership was much longer than I expected it to be. They also quiz you on clinical scenarios during the interview. The medical questions were more extensive than the questions about my professional history
