I would describe the interview process average. It was expected to be highly technical with no tools. I asked if I can carry a presentation to explain my work but that was turned down. Instead I got hard stares from grueling hiring managers. I read someone else's review and I agree. There was no friendliness in their demeanor. They are also continuously typing which threw me off. I was not sure if I was being listened to. I was not extended an offer but I definitely think they need to change how they test candidates on their technical skills. I definitely underperformed my "technical" round which was not explicitly stated.
