The interviewer was engaged and asked the standard questions. I would say that it was a good experience, they seemed to have a good office culture. Only talked to one person at the time.

The interview process seems to be different for each person. I think this is actually a good thing because it seems to be based on team needs and the individual candidate's resume.

Question 1
I was asked a character question, which I valued more than technical questions. You can teach skills, you can't teach character. I was asked, "If you were given $5000, to do whatever you wanted to do with it (personal or professional development) what would you do?"
