I was given a tour of the labs by 2 current Industrial Placement Students who also showed me what they were working on (tissue cultures). Afterwards I was interviewed by two gentlemen from the department that was offering the placement. Most questions were based on my application form answers and my CV and they were both competency based and technical. Afterwards, I was interviewed again by another person whom I suspect was from the HR department although I might be wrong. He only asked competency and motivation questions.
