It was quite manageable process with online assessment then call with HR and lastly, online interview with hiring manager. Overall, very effective communication and provide good feedback to applicant after completed each round of process.

1. Describe a situation which you have achieved something over the past one year
Mine was a bit different, the brand manager was not available during the date of my scheduled interview. Thus, they kindly scheduled a phone interview for me at my convenience. It was a positive process, they just wanted to get to know me better and understand my way of thinking/working to see if I was a fit for the company.

Quick, simulation, easy questions, nice people, mostly asked about motivation, personality, experience, wasn’t very long, happened online. I thought the process was seamless, easy and they also included mental testing questions

Interview
initially there is a phone screening, where basic questions and verification questions were asked. Things like what is your biggest accomplishment so far, or confirming whether you are applying for credit-bearing internship during university. Next stage is an MS Teams interview with the hiring manager.
