The process typically starts with an online exam that is used to filter out applicants. If you are fortunate enough to move on, you will get an interview with the hiring manager. At that stage, the manager will ask you to introduce yourself and previous experiences. Afterwards, he/she will ask a number of behavioral questions.

Interview
Third part recruiter emails you. The interviewer reads off a script for the beginning of the interview and then a regular conversation usually takes place. Script has mostly behavioral questions.
