Organised my own interview through a friend with one day notice. Had to call a recruitment agency (who hadn't put me forward) after the interview to tell them I got the job.

Question 1
They asked me how to market something I had never seen before.
Had the first screening call with the recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. I thought it went well, he asked questions relating to my experience and to the job.
