GSPL (Gujarat State Petronet Limited) conducted the recruitment process at UPES Bidholi for M.Tech Pipeline and HSE Students. (November 2017)
Round-1 : Aptitude Test ( 50 multiple choice questions, 60 mins)
Offline Test, OMR sheet provided to students to mark their answers.
Current Affairs, Logical Reasoning, General + Quantitative Aptitude & Verbal Ability was the content of the test. Level of Difficulty was pretty average. Also, the level of difficulty depends on the HR panel , who sets the paper.
Round-2 : Personal Interview (Technical + HR)
The Interview panel consisted of 4-5 persons. Both Technical and HR round are taken in this single interview. Stress Interview is taken to test the candidate, sometimes illogical and irrelevant questions or situations were asked to check the response of the student and to test the candidate. Techinal Round consists of questions about core-domain, projects undertaken and internships done by the student. Interview Duration: about 20-25 mins.
Interview Date: 27th November 2017.
Result Date: 21st January 2018.
