The interview was conducted by a total of 8 people. There were 3 rounds—1 round with conference producers, another with other employees of the company, and last with the CEO.
Most questions related to the position and if my qualifications and experiences were a fit with the position. They did however did ask me of my experiences in former workplaces.
I don't recall any difficult questions being asked. However, they did choose someone with more experience in that field. I think it should've been stated sometime before an interview was scheduled that they were looking for someone with that type of experience, rather than going for an 'entry level' position.
