      OSP Design Engineer Interview

      11 Nov 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Lubbock, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GW Communications (Lubbock, TX) in Nov 2013

      Interview

I first came across the position while thumbing through various jobs on Monster.com and applied with my resume through the Monster website. I received a phone call stating that they wanted to arrange a time to interview me for the position. Very relaxed and casual interview in what appeared to be a new office set up for an expansion of the company. Couple of the usual questions about myself and a lot of detailing the job requirements and plans for the future of the office and company. The company had just won a couple of engineering contracts in West Texas and was looking for immediate personnel.
