The whole process was very smooth, and employers were very respectful and willing to know all aspect about you. I briefly discussed my portfolio and my academic and practical experience and then jump to sth about my personality.

For the informal interview, which is about 10-15 minutes. The interviewer introduced himself, asked you to talk about yourself, and asked if you have any questions about GWWO. The interviewer friendly answered all my questions which really helpful for understanding the firm.
