Interview
The interview process was initially very easy, all done through teams. The style was very laid back and felt fairly informal. They seem to be interested in the type of person you are more than interviewing to test technical understanding

Can you give an example of how you dealt with a difficult stakeholder.
Entretien 100% Visio; avec proposition d'embauche sans rencontre physique. Et finalement 15 jours après la proposition initiale; annulation de la proposition d'embauche avec des excuses très peu pertinente. Nota Bene. Salaires proposés sont peu compétitifs.

Interview
The entire recruitment process was very smooth and coordinated all the way through to job offer. Hannah Page in recruitment was extremely friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any queries. She helped arrange first stage interview at Head Office and then fed back within a few days regarding a second interview onsite the following week. Then I had the great fortune of hearing the same day after my interview to find out I was being offered the job. Thank you and I look forward to working with GXO!
