Gaatu.com Executive Assistant/Office Manager interview questions

The interview went great but I never heard whether or not I was in the running for the position. I followed up with them every week, spoke to hiring manager, said he needed more time and never heard back. I had one phone screening and was invited to an on site interview. My interview was about 2.5 hours with 4 representatives.
