The interview process was long and tedious. They drug it out for months and they seem to have very high turnover. They also seem to hire & let go of their C level management often. The next time you look, they have created a similar role with brand new titles. Seems like a good company but you have to question who is in charge. It’s family owned so it would appear as if there is a continuous struggle of power.
