Gailey Eye Clinic interview questions

the hiring process should not take 2 months, it doesn't matter what position you are applying for it still takes at least 2 months and that is just to receive an email from them for a phone interview. the company is always short staffed, but the HR department doesn't feel the loooooong hiring process is the issue?????
