We truly understand and respect your perspective. Once a candidate has been selected for a role, we’re unfortunately unable to continue processing additional applicants, as the position is officially closed. In your case, the selected candidate applied earlier and was processed accordingly; hence, the timing discrepancy you mentioned.
Also, due to the high volume of applications we receive, we’ve implemented a written assessment to help us fairly and consistently evaluate candidates' technical skills, something that can be challenging to fully gauge during a short interview.
While we know this doesn’t change the outcome, we genuinely appreciate the time and effort you invested in the process.
