Interview
Put into a room with other interviewees with an ice breaker done while waiting for personal interview. 2 interviews are done: 1 on 1 and group. 1 on 1 are done on described time which is before or after group interview. 1 on 1 questions are mix of logistical and personal. Group interviews are questions regarding hypothetical situations during camp and playing a game you come up with.

There was a group interview on Zoom. We took turns answering basic interview questions, the everyone shared a quick camp activity they would do with kids. It was very straight forward and they tell you about their expectations for the camp activity before the interview so you have plenty of time to prepare :)

Interview
It was a fun and engaging interview process that measured a candidate's ability to adopt and live out the company's values. Galileo is a very value driven company, and becoming fluent in the language and philosophy of their company vision is one way to help prepare yourself for the position.

I received a phone call asking if I was available the following day for a group interview. The interview does last around 2 hours, but it can be fun. There are ice breakers, situational questions, and a 1:1 interview portion.
