They asked each person to demonstrate a group game that campers could play at summer camp, which interviewees participated in. Afterwards, they then called individuals for interviews and asked a series of questions with a camp director.

Very straightforward and realxed, asked questions regarding situations at camp, with about four to five questions total. I asked one or two questions. I was then offered the position during the interview.

Interview involves games, activity planning, socializing and a casual interview with the camp director. Very casual and fun and lighthearted. There is a group interview and then the interview with just the director one on one
