Gallowglass interview questions

The process included a form which investigates your passions and reasonings behind wanting to work in live events. I was then invited to a group interview setting. Everyone was nice and friendly.

Structured and thorough. two stages with both senior leader and a current crew chief. Over the phone stage 1 and stage 2 via video call with option of face-to-face. Questions were both competency and behaviours focussed. Liked the style and professionalism of the interviewers. Offer made via email after stage two interview. Did not take the role as a different and more attractive opportunity came up with improved salary and flexibility.
