Initial communications with company seemed very positive, as the people seemed to be genuine and really interested in intrinsic motivation and personal fit for the company. I enjoyed speaking with the recruiters, who were very down to earth. The interview process, though, was much more unorganized than I thought it would be. Scheduling was a hassle, as few slots seemed to be available every time I called. They were also pretty pushy when your schedule couldn't fit the one opening they have that week, so I'd say be prepared to be flexible.
