I submitted my application through LinkedIn website. Easily scheduling. I had video call interview with HR for 20-30 mins. After the interview he forward me to take an tasks such as video instruction recording and submit technical questions. But the recruiter very slowly followed up the procedure and didn't reply an email lots of time, so I had to send follow up email several times

4 part process, HR Screen, Hiring Manger Screen, Technical Interview, Test Lesson Interview. HR responded very quickly, however, this was a 4-part interview process. Interviews shouldn't be more than 2 step processes. If you get rejected after 4 steps, after you put a significant amount of time into a presentation (test lesson) without any compensation, it sucks.
