The whole interview process was dragging. First interview with HR, then they let me waited for a month to get to second interview. After that they dont answer back for another month and close the position.

Technical, HR fairly straightforward after applying online Technical to validate skills and if cleared HR interview is to confirm pay and benefits. There is a process to get security clearance if required and it will be part of HR interview.
