I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gameloft (Guadalajara, Jalisco) in Jun 2013
Interview
At the beggining it consists in a online C++ quiz.
If you pass the test, then you should develop a very basic game (Space Invaders for me) on C++ with any library (they suggests SDL) in 2 days.
If they liked your game then a recruiter asks about your game and ask to you to modify your game on the fly by 6 hours (asks for new features).
Finally you got 2 last interviews with HR and the Studio Manager. Its about to try to know your way to work, if you like to do team work, tries to get the way of you would face a problem.
