Interview
One technical test, 4 hours time with access to Internet, after that an HR interview. The technical interview had a lot of questions. Some were to write a function that has a number of parameters and returns a thing, others were C++ specifical, virtual inheritance etc, and others to test your ability to research.
The process had 3 main steps. They were the following: -First was an interview with the recruiter - Second, a skills test of 4 hours - Last, an interview with the team leads

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gameloft (Milan) in May 2015
Interview
I was requested to complete a test/quiz online.
Then I had a Skype interview with the HR; it lasted less than 1 hour.
Finally I had another 1 hour Skype technical interview with the technical director.

It was quite informal, they asked me about my working experience in games, if I had worked with or developed some game engine before.
