Didn't get too far in the process. Started with the phone conversation to go over the experience and fit and discussed the next steps. The phone call was more of an intro than interview then behavioral was the actual interview
The first step was a coderbyte assessment. There were 2 questions, which were around leetcode medium difficulty. Not sure what the next steps were because I didn't make it past the assessment.

They sent the Coding Challenge to be completed (12 hours!) and once submitted they never replied.
Being ghosted after investing 12 hours for your stupid challenge is not nice.
The Coding Challenge is not too hard, but takes the time expected.
