Gardner Capital interview questions

It was a casual, overall easy interview. There was one phone interview, and one in person interview, then an offer was provided the next day. The people seemed very nice.

I had two rounds of interviews and both interviewers were polite and interested in hearing my story. I was also asked about my previous jobs and about my hobbies. Both interviewers talked about life outside of work before getting into the interview which was nice,
