Interview
The process is quite fast. I interviewed the first two rounds. The first one is three tests: numerical test, valuation test and creative test and followed by a hr interview. The interviewers are friendly and the tests are challenging. Although I finished the three tests, the time was very tight. The first round interview is a normal resume interview. The second round interview is an interview with a senior management. The interview went quite smoothly and the management was quite kind to me. Although I didn't pass the interview, I still appreciated that Garena gave me the opportunities.
Went in for a 1 hour interview with someone on the team. It was a generally pleasant conversation and felt very relaxed. They definitely want someone well-versed in gaming, so make sure you are a true blue gamer if you're applying.

If you had the opportunity to propose a new game, what would it be?
5 Rounds of interview. First round assessment mathematics/problem-solving quesitons + essay questions. Second round more of a behavioural interview to understand your fit/commitment to the company. Overall not difficult but definitely need to prep + have strong interest in gaming.
