4 rounds of interview - First Technical interview - On site second Technical + HR interview - Technical Assignment interview - Leadership/Behavioural interview Weird process to me as usually first interview is with HR to exchange some background on company and candidate. Was also not ready as I was not clear that third and fourth were 2 separate sessions of 1 hour each without any break in between, so I over-prepared on the assignment and was not ready at all on the leadership one, but that's my fault to not paying attention at the invitations.
