I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Garratt-Callahan (Reno, NV) in Nov 2017
Interview
The hiring process was very extensive. I had 2 in person interviews and 2 phone interviews. Both interviews in person where a dinner interview and very off the cuff. The phone interviews had a lot more technical questions asked. The process is slow and took a few months. I rather be apart of a company that makes sure its a good fit than wasting your and their time. I did a ride along during the process to experience a day in the field.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Garratt-Callahan (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2021
Interview
It takes multiple interviews starting with the recruiter, the district manager via zoom, district manager in person and then district manager out in the field. After passing these four levels, the 5th interview is with the regional sales manager over the phone.
