First round phone interview was basic screening interview. Second round interview was approximately 15 minutes and I had traveled some distance to have this face to face meeting. It was a lot of effort on my part for a company that didn't seem interested in the slightest. Perhaps I didn't fit their company profile based on the professional dress of those interviewing me. They seemed more into appearances than selecting a quality and competent employee.
Second, after researching more about the company, I was alarmed at some of the practices of those working out of the Fayetteville office. I believe one employee uses the word address as the address for his Christian adoption organization. I do not think the company should allow such practices.
