I interviewed with the the office manager and the call center supervisor. They were incredibly pleasant. The position was hybrid, 4 days from home and one day in office. With gas prices rising it was a relief to know that commuting had been reduced, especially since COVID proves we can successfully operate businesses remotely. They do have a 90 day probation period before you are completely on the books. Nevertheless I am really grateful I got the opportunity to join their team.
