Interview
Two phone. One onsite. Had the chance to meet with multiple people, but seemed very unprepared. Several people noted that they were added at the last minute. Overall, easy questions, but ability to answer questions and to provide perspective were limited.
The company was responsive and timely with updates on the interview process. Each person who interviewed me would have been someone I worked for or with. The recruiting team was very informative on the details of each meeting and gave information up front on the managers I was interviewing with and the company benefits

Lengthy but not difficult, with at least three sessions with N+1, N+2 and HR over two months. Numerous fine-tuning calls with HR and long salary / bonus discussions. Interview itself was focused on functional competence and experience in comparable positions.
