First interview with a recruiter and then a series of 3 interviews with increasing management individuals. They warn you the interview process is decently awkward due to a list of highly regulated questions. They are fairly basic questions mostly pertaining to how you handle change, initiative, and a flexible work environment. I reciprocated by asking about company culture and discussing working in a highly matrixed environment with a high degree of autonomy. They are really open to answering questions, but interviews are very time sensitive.

Application on the Job Portal followed by short screening call by the recruiter and 45 min interview with the hiring manager. Both the interviews were based on the CV and hardly any technical questions.
