Question 1
Justifying my business case and technological expertise
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I appreciate your interview was some time ago now before the Networkers and Matchtech businesses joined to form Gattaca. I hope you have enjoyed your role with the Group and you are enjoying the opportunities that are coming from the merger. All the best.

Application
I interviewed at Gattaca (Dallas, TX)
Interview
3 Interviews, 2 on the phone then 1 in-person. Every person I spoke to was awesome, the benefits Gattaca offered are excellent and the culture seems really open and friendly based off my first impression. They answered every question I had without side stepping questions or trying to hide information so at no point did I feel like I wasn't being given a complete picture of the environment I would be working in. Gattaca is essentially a large UK staffing firm that is expanding into the US so their presence here is small but the current manager gave me a clear plan for growth that seemed realistic and doable.

Question 1
What is your process when you are given a job requirement?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gattaca (Fort Worth, TX) in May 2017
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me via Linkedin, we scheduled a time to speak, he told me about the company and the opportunity he had available, we went over what compensation I was targeting. He asked about my previous work experience and why I was looking to make a move I then went into detail about what I did.
